By accessing the Outlast Network website, creating an account, or using the Outlast Network Minecraft server and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any rules published by Outlast Network.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share passwords or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.
3. Server Rules and Conduct
Players must follow Outlast Network server rules and moderation requirements. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, abuse, unauthorized automation, attempts to disrupt services, or other prohibited conduct may result in restrictions or account action.
4. Moderation
Outlast Network may investigate reported activity and apply warnings, mutes, kicks, suspensions, bans, or other restrictions when reasonably necessary to protect the server and community.
5. Purchases and Virtual Items
If Outlast Network offers paid ranks, cosmetics, virtual items, or other purchases, additional purchase terms may apply.
6. Availability and Changes
Outlast Network may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, game modes, progression systems, events, server content, or other services. Maintenance and outages may occur.
7. Intellectual Property
Outlast Network branding, website content, custom assets, and original server content may not be copied, redistributed, or presented as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
8. Minecraft Disclaimer
Outlast Network is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms, server rules, applicable laws, or security requirements are violated.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service as Outlast Network develops. Continued use after updated terms are published means the updated terms apply to future use of the services.
